We will begin with tubing in the Santa María River, which consists of using a surface that covers your body and taking advantage of the rapids in fast-flowing river areas. Afterwards, you can rappel 35 meters into the impressive El Salto waterfall, one of the most famous and beautiful in the area. While we do these two activities, we will take walks through rivers and waterfalls, where you can enjoy beautiful natural landscapes. I booked a kayak tour in Sierra Gorda Queretaro. I specifically asked about the kayaks ... and when I arrived at my appointment with a second outsourcer named Excer, what I received was a tour of the Sierra Gorda !!! Very nice, yes, and very kind the boy, but it was not what I contracted !!!! There were no kayaks and in the end I rented a vile rowboat in a lake to give something to my daughters who wanted to do.Company's response:

We have searched for your information request to solve this problem, and unfortunately it does not exist, which leads us to think that you requested the tour by phone to the yumping reservations center, where you contracted the tour directly.
