The activity I chose was abseiling and it was my first time and it was a pleasant experience. Raul (the guide), very kind and patient, explained any questions that might arise. It was simpler than I imagined. We went down the canyon and climbed a path, the interaction with nature was very relaxing, I have no doubt that it is an experience that I would like to repeat, I recommend it.
