Boat tour to Lagunas de Chacahua 8 hours

Discover with us one of the most amazing natural places in the state of Oaxaca, the Chacahua Lagoons. We will take you on a tour from Puerto Escondido to the 5 lagoons that make up this national park. You will have transportation included from your hotel and the company of the best guides.

Our first visit will be to Río Grande, a livestock area where we can make a stop to recharge energy and enjoy exquisite dishes from the Oaxacan coast. (Foods are not included in the price).

We will arrive at Zapotalito, where we will board the boat with capacity for 10 people, we will navigate through the calm waters of the national park, entering between narrow paths that will take us towards the mangroves. Go with your ears and eyes wide open as this area is the habitat of many birds, including diving ducks, herons and even storks.

During the tour we will visit Corral Island located in a fishing town. During the tour in Chacahua you will be able to hear interesting facts about the culture that lives there, the Afromestiza. When we arrive at the town, we can go swimming in calm waters or visit a crocodile farm. With this tour you will have spectacular views so don't forget to bring a good camera, you will have plenty of panoramas to capture.

At the end, we will take you back to your hotel in Puerto Escondido.
