Ecological boat tour through cenotes in Bacalar 3h

Join our shared tour of the most beautiful corners of the Bacalar Lagoon. We will ride on an ecological motor boat for 3 hours where we will get to know the cenotes and canals found in the area. During the experience we will be able to make different stops to go swimming and enjoy fresh seasonal fruit.

Our tour will begin at the dock belonging to the Hotel La Casa Chuna Bacalar, where you will meet our designated guide as well as some other companions. While we board the boat we will offer you a welcome drink so that you feel comfortable to begin the experience.

We will visit the Cenote Esmeralda which will surprise you since there is an eye of water which feeds the lagoon, its brilliant waters will leave you with your mouth open. We will continue with the Stromatolite Sanctuary, these formations date back to the times of the origin of life on Earth and because of that we must be very careful since we will not be able to touch them but we will be able to see them very closely.

You can't miss the tour through the Pirates Canal where, thanks to its shallow depth, we can go down and enjoy a delicious picnic of fresh fruit. Here you can swim and take a good dip. We will get back on the boat to go to the Cenote Negro, its name given thanks to the color of the water and which is due to its depth.

We will finish the tour by sailing around the Bird Island where what we will be able to breathe will be a lot of peace. When you return to the dock and for those who still have a lot of energy, you can request some kayaks from us to continue enjoying the waters of the Bacalar Lagoon.
