Ecological boat tour through cenotes in Bacalar 3h

Join our shared tour of the most beautiful corners of the Bacalar Lagoon. We will ride in an ecological motor boat for 3 hours where we will visit the cenotes and canals found in the area. During the experience we can make different stops to go down to swim and enjoy fresh seasonal fruit.

Our tour will begin at the pier belonging to the Hotel La Casa Chuna Bacalar, where you will meet our designated guide as well as some other companions. While we are boarding the boat we will offer you a welcome drink so that you feel comfortable to begin the experience.

We will visit the Cenote Esmeralda which will surprise you since there is an eye of water which feeds the lagoon, its brilliant waters will leave you with your mouth open. We will continue with the Stromatolite Sanctuary, these formations go back to the times of the origin of life on Earth and because of that we must be very careful since we will not be able to touch them but we can see them very closely.

You can not miss the tour of the Canal de los Piratas where, thanks to its low depth, we can go down and enjoy a delicious picnic of fresh fruit. Here you can swim and take a good dip. We'll get back on the boat to head to the Cenote Negro, its name given thanks to the color of the water and its depth.

We will finish the tour sailing around the Isla de los Pájaros where what we can breathe will be a lot of peace. When you return to the dock and for those who still have a lot of energy, you can ask us for some kayaks to continue enjoying the waters of the Bacalar Lagoon.
