Private boat tour with barbecue in Bacalar

A juicy barbecue, the best weather and a very cold beer, is waiting for you in the Bacalar Lagoon. We will ride in a private boat for 4 hours and a half, where our expert guide can take you to the most beautiful and tourist areas of the lagoon. We will also include the snorkeling equipment in case you dare to get off the boat and swim in crystal clear waters.

We will meet at the agreed time in the marina of Hotel La Casa China, where our staff will be waiting for you with a courtesy drink and thus give you a cordial welcome. We will get on the boat and put on the life jackets to begin the experience in the lagoon.

Our first site to visit will be Cenote Esmeralda which is considered the largest in the area since it is 500 meters in diameter and where the tonality of the water will dazzle your eyes. The second stop will be Cenote Cocalitos where we will find a garden of stromatolites which are slightly rocky formations and which we will not be able to touch, due to their fragility.

We will continue with our boat tour in Bacalar sailing towards the Abandoned Hotel, a place with a certain mystery that will surprise us with its immense construction. Leaving this site we will be on the way to narrow channels where two lagoons meet and create a gentle current. By this time, we'll be hungry so we'll start to prepare the asado, while you can go down to explore the waters of the lagoon putting on your snorkel gear.

Together we will enjoy exquisite skewers of shrimp or meat, so we can relax with the surroundings and the spectacular views of Quintana Roo. At the end of the meal, we will continue with the tour heading towards the Pirates Channel, where we can also go down to the shallow waters and enjoy a picnic with fruit.

Our last stops will be the Cenote de la Bruja, which surrounds an interesting legend, and the Isla de Pájaros where, as its name says, we will be able to observe tropical birds. At the end of this last point we will return to the pier from where our experience began.
