Canyoning 1 day in La Garita Canyon with food

We leave Cuerámaro to take you on an exciting adventure in the La Garita Canyon, located a couple of hours from the city. To do the canyoneering descent we will have to go down about 150 meters to the heart of the canyon so we will have an exciting rappelling along the route. You will have all the equipment and exquisite regional food included.

During the journey along the river we will also have to make several jumps into the water pools, more or less 8, the highest one will be 6 meters. The guides will tell you what to do step by step to overcome the challenges posed throughout the tour. We will carry out a total of 3 rappels with heights of 10, 35 and 60 meters.

The La Garita Canyon is famous for housing the Cueva del Padre Torres, known among local residents for the religious folklore of the area. It will be quite a discovery on this expedition where many adventures await you in the same place.

At the end of the canyoning tour we will eat in a community restaurant to try a typical regional dish and also replenish the energy spent.
