Route in the San Jerónimo underground river

If you like extreme challenges, we invite you to tour the San Jerónimo underground river which is a bit more challenging due to its characteristics. We say this because it has more water than other rivers that we usually travel and the caves are bigger so we will put your skills and dexterity to the test at every step.

We will start this expedition in the Cacahuamilpa Caves , where by means of a walk, we will enter the river. Already prepared and reaching the shore ... ducks into the water! , we will have to swim to the entrance to the cavern. Take advantage of the landscapes, take a breath, immerse yourself and discover the rock formations that hide these caves.

Walk carefully in the dark on sand dunes, it will be an incredible experience. The darkness, penumbra and formations , will be the protagonists of this adventure. You will also be able to identify aromas and different temperatures inside these ancient caves. Don't worry, it is not an experience that might scare you, on the contrary, all the mystery that surrounds this site will give it a touch of adventure.

Leaving this dark course where, without flashlights, you do not see a hand in front of your eyes, we will go to enjoy a delicious local meal. There we will recover the energy expended during this experience.

You will be accompanied by the best monitors, who will take you on an expedition full of emotions. We will also provide you with a life jacket, helmet, flashlight and backpack on loan during the experience.
