Description of Climbing rock wall course, beginners level

climbing course on natural rock walls that lasts for 4 sessions , which take place on Sundays.
In other words, the course lasts one month, counting the Sundays it has each month. We will take you to our specialized sites from the State of Mexico .

The climbing of yo-yo will be carried out in the type of exterior and interior climbing. Also, you will be able to know the main knots used in rock climbing and we will review the situations in which they are dealt with.

You will perform the rappel maneuver with various systems, placement of anchors and meetings to install a " yo-yo ".

At all times you will have a monitor at your charge who will be in charge of teaching you the best movements for climbing, then how to descend without any type of danger.

Important note: that you wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes that do not slip.

What does the activity include

Individual equipment: harness, descent system, safety carabiners, self-safety system and officially proved helmet per UIAA organisation.
Group equipment: cords, rings, carabiners, etc.
Curse theoretical materials.
Climbing shoes rental.
Participation diploma.
Optional training on weekdays (tuesdays and thursdays in the afternoons) in Ciudad Universitaria.

How long the activity lasts

4 sessions on sundays. If you want to do it un saturdays, please check.
