Initiation climbing in Cd. Universitaria 5 hrs

Initiation outing in natural rock climbing that takes place in the surroundings of the University City, in Mexico City. During the session we explain the technique to carry out the climbing progression in an optimal way and the characteristics, use and care of the safety equipment. We begin with a general warm-up and basic movements used in climbing, this at a very low height and transversally.

Subsequently we carry out thevertical climbingand with individual safety equipment such as the harness, helmet, carabiners and climbing shoes in addition to the general equipment which is the ropes, tapes, carabiners on the anchors.

All safety equipment is provided to participants. You only need to bring comfortable clothing, lunch, water, sunscreen, a hat, a windbreaker or a raincoat or warm clothing depending on the weather.

This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart or musculoskeletal problems, and hypertensive patients. The minimum age required is 9 years and older. For minors, written consent from parents and presence of an adult.
