If you are in Mexico City and you are a person who likes extreme sports, where you can test your physique at the same time your skills, we have for you a climbing excursion on rock , where we will learn to 4 places d istintos, you will learn techniques, safety, skills, mental strength. During 4 days You will have the opportunity to learn a little more about climbing.

During this course we will have 4 days so that we can explore your skills in different points and that you gain experience for that we will go through some places such as, Remedios, Jilotepec, Las del Sol, La Apples . Each day will be a different environment for climbing that in the end will help you to be an expert on the subject.

In the first session it will be d e knowledge and care of the equipment, anchors, knots and rope protection, Belay methods o, Three climbs and two different routes . In order that you can learn a little from the beginning such as the safety of the equipment that is very important when carrying out the activity.

For the second session we have to rock climbing , here we will focus on the part of “Yoyo” meeting installation, to have good security we will go to the Use of daisy and Cleaning the route, < / u> here three schools will be practiced with two different routes. So you can do everything you have learned over the days.

We continue with the third session where we are going to focus on the points to improve the practice of climbing . We are going to see the basis of route marking, point belay, point security measures, basic route marking. Now we can ascend in the safest way.

In this last session, everything learned will be put into practice, it is time for you to test your skills and to develop new knowledge. L o you can do climbing the three different routes do not forget any movement and we just want you to have fun and spend an incredible day rock climbing.

Without missing out on this activity we will have the support of an expert in climbing , they will be at all times to accompany you in your sessions so that you can enjoy this great sport full of tests and a great contact with nature with inner strength.
