Description of Rock Climbing Course in Tlahuac 4 sessions
Climbing course on natural rock walls that lasts 4 sessions, which take place on Sundays.
That is to say, the course lasts one month, counting the Sundays each month. We will take you to our specialized sites from the State of Mexico.
Yo-yo climbing will be carried out in the type of outdoor and indoor climbing. Also, you will be able to learn about the main knots used in rock climbing and we will review the situations in which they are used.
You will perform the rappel maneuver with various systems, placement of anchors and meetings to install a "yo-yo".
At all times you will have a monitor in your charge who will be in charge of teaching you the best movements for climbing, then how to descend without any type of danger.
Important note: that you wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes that do not slip.

- Personal equipment: harness, descent system, insurance carabiners, self-insurance system and helmet imported and certified by international standards such as UIAA.
