From the moment I got in touch with Alfredo Pérez, he was very clear in his recommendations of the type of clothes we should wear, the time it would take the experience and the suggestion to use sunscreen. At the time of the appointment, very punctual and very friendly, since my 50 years had never had an experience of climbing or rappelling, so I was not sure if it would be good to take it, however, Alfredo was very clear in everything the procedure, since he presented all the equipment and explained that it meets all international standards. He showed me the labels to verify that the equipment was in force, because I obviously did not know that the manufacturer guarantees it only for a few years after its manufacture, he taught me the name and function of each of the elements that we would use as well as the resistance of each part, carried in the suitcase, to a first aid kit. It was also very clear in the explanation of how we should do climbing and rappel, we did practice before going up and at all times he asked us if we had doubts, all this made me feel confident that we were with the right person. We climbed without setbacks, at the top he gave us an energizing bar and we descended rappel without problem, at all times he asked us if everything was fine, if there were no problems, or if we had doubts.
