Fill yourself with Mayan culture in our Chocolate Sanctuary located a few minutes from the ruins in Cobá, join this tour where you will also have the opportunity to swim in cenotes and discover the world of bees and honey. It will be approximately 4 hours or half a day of this sensory, aromatic and cultural experience.

We will welcome you with a Mayan ritual led by a shaman who will fill us with pure positive energy. We will continue walking through the enclosure accompanied by experts who will tell us about the history of cocoa and how the seeds were important for economic exchange in ancient times. This stage also has its practical part, since they will teach us to roast the seed and grind it to make our own chocolate.

We will go to observe the melipona bee, which is the only species that does not have a stinger, you will know the importance and conservation of it. Continuing, we will attend a workshop where we will make soap based on honey. At the end we will go to eat and of course, the dishes will be made with honey and chocolate.
