Thousand of glow worms appear to illuminate the surrounding, giving place to a very impressive natural show once the glow worms enter their reproduction phase.
During these months you will have the opportunity to get to know and see from up close the mysterious insects in the "Esmeralda" wood located at the Ecotourist Park "Esmeralda" Wood.
You can walk between wood paths, the natural habitat of these small insects. All this joined by a expert guide. Discover how they are, where they live and why they illuminate the nature.
You must bring comfortable clothes and adequate shoes, and don't forget to bring a raincoat, because being a rainforest area it tends to rain. It is also recommended to bring a flashlight in order for you to lighten the fireflies.
