Description of 4-hour ride in the Nevado de Toluca Lagoons
Escape with your family to this walk through one of the most beautiful volcanoes in the country, the Nevado de Toluca. The duration of this adventure will be 4 hours and you will be able to see the most spectacular corners of the volcano reaching 4,680 meters above sea level. We will surround the lagoons and take advantage of the view to take some good photographs.
This expedition has round-trip transportation from Mexico City. Because it will be a quiet walk, you can go with your family from 14 years of age to 65 years old. We also recommend this route for all those who want to start mountaineering.
Both theEl Sol Lagoonand theLa Luna Lagoon are formed by the melting of the crater. You will be able to admire the beauty of these waters and their crystallinity, while you relax with the panorama, you will feel a special energy. Don't forget to locate the 2 highest peaks of the volcano, Pico del Águila and Pico del Fraile.
