The sleeping woman is an experience like no other. Iztaccíhuatl can become your first high mountain experience , exceeding 5,000 meters above sea level. It is the second highest (scalable) mountain in Mexico and therefore should be on your list. You will walk through its three gates, to arrive shortly before dawn at the refuge of the 5k, we will take a breath, to continue ascending by the knee of this magical woman, the section of the route with the greatest physical and mental demand.
