Hike and tasting of mezcal in Miahuatlán 10 hours

A unique experience is waiting for you with us, join us on a hiking route in Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz. We will have organized a series of activities for you to get to know this fantastic area of Oaxaca, you will enjoy tastings, tastings and regional food, which will delight your palate.

We will meet first thing in the morning in Oaxaca to go to Miahuatlán, we will reach the highest peak of the mountain to walk downhill. Enjoy the cool but desert views, accompanied by bushes and lots of nature. We will be able to make different stops so you can take pictures and capture impressive panoramic views.

When we reach the bottom of the mountains, we will take a short break to enjoy a country brunch and continue appreciating the environment that will be around us. The second visit that we will make will be the Casa del Pulque, here we will learn about the origin and elaboration of this drink, here we will try delicious Oaxacan tastings made by the famous Doña Reina, we will you'll suck your fingers!

We will continue the experience walking through the agave fields where we will hear a little more about the Zapotec culture while admiring the landscapes and hearing how the traditional mezcal drink came about. Finishing, we will go to the restaurant where we will eat the authentic Oaxaqueña food.

We will lower the food by visiting the palenque where we will be able to observe first-hand the making of mezcal, you will observe a lot of art! You will leave converted into an agave expert, knowing how to differentiate each of the types.
