Hiking to Iztaccíhuatl Advanced Level 1 day

This excursion is for all those who like challenges, if you have experience in mountaineering then this route for advanced is for you. We will take you through the Portillos Route to ascend one of the most famous volcanoes in the country, Iztaccíhuatl. We will provide you with all the safety equipment and the company and advice of expert and certified hikers.

You will have a round trip transfer from the city of Puebla to where we will begin our walk. We will climb at altitudes from 3900 and 4300 above sea level, finding paths of sand and stone. Depending on the weather conditions, we can go up to the second or third gate.

Come put yourself to the test by walking up steep slopes and getting the best panoramic views from Iztaccíhuatl. Come dressed in light clothing and a pair of sweaters and jackets, as well as hiking boots or sneakers. Take off the limits you have in mind and come show us that you are a great climber and hiker.
