Description of Half Day Horseback Riding in the Canyon 5 hours

With this horseriding route you will discover a joint of cattle ranches, placed at western San Miguel de Allende.

This 5h horseriding route is done around La Cañada de la Virgen canyon, the main canyon in the area. We will discover ranches, prairies, canyons and rivers, among other incredible natural environments.

The cowherds of the ranchwill join us and share their anecdotes and deep knowledge of the areawith us. We will gallop down covering different points, until getting the bottom of the canyon.

We will rest in the riverside while looking for quartz and geodes before going up the canyon again. From the top of the cliff, you will be able to abseil (please, check conditions).

Finally, we will enjoy a delicious traditional cuisine meal. The menu includes fresh cheese and organic beans, pasties, prickly pears, rice, fresh sauces and salad, among other typical meals.
