Horseback riding and tastings in Miahuatlán 10hr

This is one of the experiences that you cannot miss on your visit to Oaxaca, since we will take you to places that are not so crowded but with a lot of magic. It will consist of leaving from the city of Oaxaca towards Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz where we will do both a small hiking route and a horseback ridebetween the foothills of the mountains and a beautiful lagoon. In addition, we include transport and food, as well as tickets to the places to visit.

We will start the trip first thing in the morning to reach the highest part of the mountain, this is the place where we will make a relaxed walk descending little by little while we observe the desert that will surround us. Do not be scared when you read the word desert, you will notice that we will walk between cool weather and amazing views.

Upon reaching the foothills of the mountains, we'll stop to rest and enjoy a light brunch to recharge as much energy as possible and continue our adventure in Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz. We will continue with the experience visiting the house of pulque to learn about its origin and how to make this ancient drink. At the end, we will visit Doña Reina, who is in charge of delighting our palates with Oaxacan dishes super delicious.

The time will come to get on the horses and start a beautiful experience in the company of these noble little animals. We will make a 2-hour horseback ride between agave and espadines fields, we will walk along the shore of a spectacular lagoon having the best views towards the foothills of the mountains.

To end this experience in Miahuatlán, we will visit a palenque, a place where we will learn about the manufacturing of mezcal in an artisanal way, and then have a tasting of this Mexican drink.
