Horseback riding through Shredder Santa Rita in Baca 4 hr

Come and enjoy a horseback ride while you discover beautiful corners of the Yucatecan state, we are located in the town of Baca. We take you on a 4-hour tourwhere you can get to know our hacienda and take a horseback route to see the Santa Rita Shredder.

The meeting point will be the magnificent Hacienda Zamná. The tour begins with a walk through the hacienda to see its most beautiful corners. Afterwards, the cavalryman and guide that will accompany you in this experience, will take you to where the horses are so that you can meet and connect with your equine and thus enjoy your ride to the fullest. He will give you a brief talk about the safety measures to follow during the ride.

After meeting your horse, you can mount it and practice for a while in the ring, and then head to the shredder. Here we will stop for a while to show you the transformation process of henequen, it is an opportunity to get to know an authentic shredder and discover how henequén changed the history of this beautiful state.

During the tour, which will last two to two and a half hours, we will ride through natural trails and you will be able to contemplate beautiful landscapes around you. It is an experience in total contact with nature, which will allow you to relax and disconnect from the daily routine. At the end of the tour, you can refresh yourself with a drink and enjoy some delicious Yucatecan snacks that we will offer you.

We recommend wearing long pants, closed tennis shoes or boots, and a hat or cap.

Due to the situation we are currently experiencing due to Covid-19, our restaurant service is temporarily closed, and the tours are exclusive, for groups of a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6. All visitors must be from the same family nucleus or of friends.
