Kayak in Selva Lacandona and archaeological sites 3d

Come and get to know Chiapas and its natural beauties in a 3-day tour during which you will be able to enter the spectacular Lacandona Jungle, where you will sail in a kayak , you will visit the beautiful lagoons and waterfalls that are in the area and also visit archaeological zones. Without a doubt, a very complete tour that will give you the opportunity to discover the beauty of this state in just three days.

The 3-day itinerary is as follows:

• Day 1: We leave early from San Cristóbal de las Casas and on this day we will visit the El Chiflón Waterfall with its spectacular 70-meter drop, and then we will go to the famous Montebello Lagoons for you to contemplate the beauty of this place. Tonight we sleep at the Lacandonia Tourist Center. This day includes lunch and dinner.

• Day 2: This day we will carry out the adventure in kayak where you can navigate for 4 hours on the Lacantun River, we will also take a walk through the Lacandona Jungle strong> to finally rest in the Río Lacanjá Camp. This day includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Day 3: In the morning we will visit the Roberto Barrios waterfalls where you can cool off and then visit the Palenque archaeological site, one of the most important Mayan cities. On this day breakfast is included.

The transfer back to San Cristobal de las Casass is optional. We recommend that you bring comfortable clothes and shoes considering that they can get wet, a swimsuit, a towel, sandals, a lamp or flashlight, a cap or a hat, biodegradable sunscreen and ecological repellent, and of course your camera.

It is important to consider bringing enough cash for your expenses during the journey, as it is a rural area you will not find ATMs and payments are not made with cards. You should also know that the internet and cell phone signal is very low, so you will live an experience totally connected to nature.
