Kayak route in Presa Solís 8 hours

Do you like ecotourism and sailing aboard a kayak? We take you to live a great adventure through the Solís Dam in Tarandacuao, where we will also visit a sunken church and some delicious hot springs. It will be a great experience where in addition to having fun, you will be in contact with nature .

With our excursion of 8 hours, you will discover the largest dam in Guanajuato, ideal for sailing in your kayak where you can also contemplate a great variety of birds , some migratory and others endemic to the Tarandacuao region. Some of these birds are ducks, pelicans, herons or seagulls.

During the tour, we will visit the Iglesia Hundida de Puruagüita , a 70-year-old church that was submerged when the dam was built in 1949, you can still see the structure of the church and its paintings religious inside.

You will be able to enjoy peacefully while you navigate in your kayak and contemplate the wonderful natural landscapes around you. Once the visit to the church is over, we will head to the hot springs of Las Cazuelejas, the ideal place to relax. We will end the excursion with a delicious regional meal .
