Description of 8 hour Teambuilding program

Come to this Team Building Program where our objective is to define the specific objectives of the company.

It´s based on a budget of 8 hours filled with activities for 10 persons. Our day of activities is held at the "Vergel de la Sierra Hotel" at Sierra de Lobos.

We have a capacity of maximum 150 persons. We have excellent facilities at this hotel to do outdoor group dynamics, but also a special room for conferences. It has 2 restaurants where we can take advantage of the offer and a menu and buffet program.

The activties can be in closed rooms or in the volley ball or tennis courts. It also has a golf field and gardens. The best thing is a natural well where we can do rappel and climbing.

Our main objective is to improve the organizational climate, the development, leadership, culture, effective communication, motivation.
