If you are a beginner and is the first time you are getting on a SUP board, in the beaches of Manzanillo our certified instructors will adapt to your level to offer you a class.

This package is for 1 class of 1 and a half hour in Agua Planas. We understand is your first class and that´s why we are going to center in the technique,, how to stand up over the board and start pedaling, passing the paddle from one hand to the other.

We will look for beaches with calmed waters. This way it is easier for you to adapt to your movements.

Description of 3 intensive days of SUP course, Manzanillo

Do you want to learn to do SUP board? If your answer isyes then we offer you the option to do a 3 day intensive course at Manzanillo, where you will learn a lot, from the basic techniques until the fascinating maneuvers!!

We divide this course in 3 classes of 1 and a half hour each where we will advance in the following way:

The first day to get incontact with the board and the technique. We will ride through calmed waters where you will learn to maintain balance over the board.
The second day we will take you to waters with more movements, there aren´t any waves but we will keep on training the balance.
The third day we will start surfing waves with the SUP board, you must maintain the balance and row with the wave until the end.
