We offer you a Stand Up Paddle, SUP class, where for 2 and a half hours you will learn to stand up and navigate your board, and What better to do it on the beautiful beaches of Tulum.

The SUP is an activity that consists of standing on the paddle board or table and with the help of the paddle you can move over the water rowing. in the direction you want, to carry out this activity you need to develop a little technique, which is what we will teach you in class.

The class is divided into the theoretical part, which takes place in the sand, and then the practice which is already done for an hour in the water, then you will have another free hour to continue practicing what you learned during class. We will teach you how to carry your board, ways to stand up, how to fall without hurting yourself, the correct stance for surfing, how to paddle and turn and some other basic techniques to so you can navigate without problem.

Our guide will paddle alongside you during the tour to give you tips on how you can improve your technique. The group will be a maximum of 2 people, which will allow you to have personalized attention.
