These 90 minutes are divided:
- Arrival and welcome to the chosen beach
- Theoretical class on the beach. Here you will be taught with a very important explanation about the behavior of the sea, waves, currents, wind and safety rules (about 30 minutes)
- Practical class in the water 1 hour approximately
