Delta Climbing

DELTA Indoor Climbing Clubwe are a climbing gym located in the Lincoln Housing Industrial area inMonterrey, New Lion. We are open to anyone who wants to join the world of climbing and in our facilities you will find the best environment, professional instructors and suitable and safe areas for all ages and levels.

Our doors are open from Monday to Friday from 3 in the afternoon until 10 at night and Saturdays and Sundays from 11 in the morning until 7 in the morning. afternoon, however sometimes we have some morning hours for special events or holidays. At DELTA Climbing we are not simply a climbing track, we are a space designed for the climbing community, enjoy our special days with DJ and a weekly set up with new boulders.< /p>

With us you can take indoor courses with the possibility of doing some practice outdoors and we are not only referring to scenarios in Monterrey, we can organize excursions to other cities in Mexico. We have passes per day, per month and even annuities, depending on how much you want to come and practice on our walls.

In addition, you can enjoy conditioning and training classes such as yoga and functional training clinics, always based on the sport we love, climbing. On the other hand, you can also make use of our physical therapy services in which you can find cupping massages, discharge or percussion massages, among others.

Come to DELTA to enjoy this sport that, in addition to getting us in shape, improves our concentration and strength. We have a cafeteria and a store of accessories and clothing for climbers.
