Intermediate sport climbing course Naucalpan

If you already have the basic knowledge to climb and want to increase one more level, then sign up for this wonderful intermediate course . It will have a duration of 4 sessions where you will choose if you want to take them Saturday or Sunday. The place where you will learn a little more about this sport will be in the Los Remedios Natural Park located in the Naucalpan delegation in the State of Mexico.

We will provide you with all the necessary and quality equipment, from the harness to carabiners and ropes. The modality in which we will climb will be in "yo-yo" and in outer tip. You will reinforce your knowledge in knots and we will review the situations in which they have to be used one by one.

You will also know the different systems to maneuver rappel , you will learn to place the anchors and meetings to practice the modality that we will be practicing to climb. We will also tell you what not to do and sometimes we get to do it.

One of our instructors , a specialist in the area, will be on the lookout for you all the time and will teach you his techniques and movements for the ascent and the techniques to descend without exposing us to any danger or risk. We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes, climbing shoes or cats and a snack that gives you energy.
