Access and climbing classes in Tuxtla 1 month

It is never too late to learn and even better, when it is a sport as complete as climbing. In Tuxtla Gutiérrez, you have this great option that will allow you to have 2 classes per week, in which you will learn from the best professionals. This course takes place in our room equipped with different walls.

The course will consist of 2 classes per week and free access to one of our spectacular walls, so you can practice as many times as necessary. Each class will last between 1 hour and 1 hour and a half, depending on your progress. For this course we will provide you with the safety equipment and as for shoes and magnesias, you can purchase them in our room.

We plan each of the training sessions exactly, to offer you a complete program. Some specific topics that we will work on will be your elasticity, concentration, coordination, motor system and also, we will see some climbing psychology. Other more important topics are the security systems, assembly, material and basic equipment.
