Description of Rock Climbing Course in Mexico City

Come and achieve one of the most important successes of your life doing rock climbing. In this course you will discover how exciting climbing is, if you are practicing it for the first time, develop your ability to do this activity.

It is important that you know that there are two days of activities starting from 6 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon. The first day you will know the terrain you are going to climb and you will be able to know everything about the technique that has to be used.

You will learn all the essential techniques and knowledge when practicing this activity, since you will know how to use your body to be able to climb more easily, in addition to knowing in detail the equipment that is needed, the use and maintenance that must be given to it.

During the second day, you will wake up early again, we will take you climbing and return around the afternoon. It is not essential that you have great physical condition, it is an activity accessible to all audiences.

If you bring together 3 people you can open a course on the dates you like or you can join our scheduled courses.

How long the activity lasts

The course consists of 2 sessions that are based on both theoretical knowledge and the application of what has been learned. For this reason, the sessions will be held in the different parts of CDMX, where this sport is customary.

Transportation from our offices in the countess to the different places where the course will take place in a 15-passenger van with air conditioning.
