Tour to Oaxaca from Huatulco with transfer 2 days

If you are staying in Huatulco but want to get to know the capital, Oaxaca, we will take you! For 2 days you will have the transfer and one of our best guides to tour the most touristic sites in the capital. In addition, we include tickets to all the places we will visit.

To mention some places that will be on our itinerary is the town of Santiago Matatlan where we will go to a Mezcal Palenque to learn about the process of this local alcoholic beverage. We will also enter the towns where the Zapotec culture is still alive, such as Teotilán del Valle, here we will learn the making of handmade rugs and the oldest tree, El Tule.

We will continue with the visit to the historic center of Oaxaca where we will visit the Former Convent of Santo Domingo. Here we will end the first day of the visit and we will take you to the reserved accommodation in the city center. We will meet again on the second day in the morning in the hotel lobby to head to the November 20 market, where we will find countless crafts.

We will continue visiting the archaeological zone of Monte Albán, a site with a lot of history to tell. We will also be participants in a black clay workshop with an artisan family in San Bartolo Coyotec. We will continue with the craft workshops but this time in San Martín Tilcajete where we will see how the colorful alebrijes are made. We will finish by returning to the Bay of Huatulco.
