Tour through the Lacandona Jungle and archaeological sites 2d

If you are a lover of nature and you like to discover new places, you cannot miss this tour through the Lacandona Jungle and the archaeological sites located around it. It is a hike in which you will discover this beautiful place nestled in the state of Chiapas. The duration of the tour is 2 days with one night of lodging.

We leave from the city of Palenque, our first stop will be the archaeological site of Bonampak, where you can see the most important painting murals of the Mayan classic. From there we will go to the Lacanjá River Camp to begin a two-hour walk through the jungle, along the way we will come across the Moctunihá waterfalls where you can cool off, take a dip and eat a delicious lunch. We will return to the camp to rest and spend the night there. On this first day breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.

On the second day we will sail on a motorboat down the Río Usumacinta until we reach the archaeological zone of Yaxchilán, which is characterized by its temples that rise up in the middle of the jungle. On this day breakfast is included. We will be back in Palenque at 6:00 pm on the second day.
