Enter a different world practicing diving for the first time among the incomparable cenotes of Tulum. You will feel your body and your breathing differently as you immerse yourself in the energy of the Caribbean Sea.

If you want to breathe underwater, visiting the beautiful mangroves and turquoise waters of Tulum, you want to dive but you are not ready to jump into a certification course, this is the perfect course to start. The tour lasts 9 hours, which combines diving and yoga that will allow you to feel your breathing and practice underwater.

We will start with a Vinyasa flow yoga class that consists of a dynamic based on the union of movement, breathing and postures linked together, to give you the best recommendations about this activity so that you can start doing it day by day. Afterwards we will offer you a continental breakfast to provide you with the best possible service and to fill you with energy. We will continue with a diving class with basic techniques and will end with a yoga class at sunset.

We provide you with all the complete equipment to carry out the activity and we also offer sessions completely adapted to the needs and interests of the participants.
