Description of Apnea class in Tulum for certified student
This tour is ideal for certified freedivers who want to explore the incredible hot springs offered by the cenotes of Tulum, a place full of energy and nature in the tropical jungle. br />
The total duration of the activities is approximately 6 hours where you will practice this water sport and explore the area with different landscapes, visit the marine flora and fauna of the place. The goal is to practice and improve your free diving skills with breathing techniques and safety protocols.
The tour consists of combining yoga and diving during the day to further practice your breathing both outdoors and in the water.
We will continue with a diving dive inside the cenotes.
You will have a specialized instructor who will be with you at all times and will give you the best recommendations to improve your skills practicing apnea.
It also includes a break in the middle of the day with a snack for each participant

The duration of the tour is approximately 6 hours, combined with snacks and rest.
We will start at 9 a.m. until approximately 2 p.m. following the following schedules:
09:45 - 13:00: diving
2:00 p.m.: food
