The Stand Up Paddle (SUP) consists of navigating standing on a board with the help of a paddle... therein lies the great challenge, maintaining the balanceand navigate standing up. You will have fun trying but you will surely succeed. And if you don't want to stand up, no problem, you can enjoy sailing sitting down or on your knees. It is not necessary to have previous experience to enjoy this adventure at sea, but it is important to follow the instructions and safety measures of our instructor who will give you your board, your paddle and your life jacket.

You can navigate and discover corners of the bay, but always try to be close to the beach where we can see you, this is for your safety. The SUP activity is carried out only in the mornings, this is because the sea is calmer and so you can navigate safely.
