Description of Gray Whale Watching Magdalena Bay 8 h

Come and enjoy with your loved ones an unforgettable experience in the Mexican Pacific, we will take you to observe the gray whales in their natural habitat in Magdalena Bay in the beautiful state of Baja California Sur.

Watching gray whales in their natural environment is simply wonderful and is a moment to share with your loved ones, whether with your family, friends or your partner. Enjoy this magical moment with our tour that departs from the city of Loreto. We will travel in a van for approximately two and a half hours towards Puerto Lopez Mateos, going up the Sierra de la Giganta until we reach Magdalena Bay where we will board a panga.

During two hours of adventure we will enter the sea to meet the gray whales that migrate to the Mexican Pacific every winter in search of warm waters and protection to mate and give birth . So it is important that you know that this experience can only be had from February to mid-March.

Whales are very friendly towards humans and are attracted to children, they even tend to come with their babies so they can be petted. It is a unique experience full of excitement and adrenaline. Don't forget your camera as you will want to capture the moments when they come to play with us and when we see them perform in the sea making impressive jumps in the water.

We recommend you bring a snack as lunch is offered in the afternoon on the way back to Loreto. We also recommend bringing clothing that can get wet, a cap or hat, and sunscreen.
