Ecoturismo Cacalotepec

Cacalotepec Ecotourism we are a company specialized in nature tourism whose main objective is the preservation and dissemination of the only integral and largest strip of rainforest in Mexico.

To achieve this, we organize various mountain activities, including hiking and interpretive hiking through the rainforest of the state of Oaxaca; offering our visitors:

- Bird watching: Excursions to discover, in the company of an expert in the field, the different species of birds that live in the area, the vast majority of which are endemic.

- Pinch and coffee culture: Thematic excursions about coffee, walking through coffee plantations.

- Orchid Sanctuary: Visit our greenhouse specialized in the cultivation of orchids, one of the most sought-after flowers in the ornamental market.

- Mountain Walk: Interpretive hiking through the rainforest.

AtEcotourism Cacalotepec we have guides certified by the Ecotourism Training Center of the Universidad del Mar.
