I was vacationing in Playa Del Carmen with my husband and 3 children in the month of July and we hired a dive day in Cozumel with Studio Blue. Staff super friendly, we did a theoretical refresh before the first dive as we did quite a bit that we did not dive. We were able to see turtles, rays, infinity of fish and even a shark.
