Sayulita Watermen we are a Paddle Surf school where our effort is especially focused on carrying out high performance programs for “riders” who wish to compete. at a national and international level.
The founders of Sayulita Watermen are the surfers Ryan Helm and Fernando Estalla, competitors in the Paddle Surf modality with important trophies in Mexico and the world. As experts, they will not only help you improve your paddling times and techniques, but they will also help you with a functional training program, nutritional diets and advice to dare to take that step and become part of our SUP stars. /strong>.
The courses we teach atSayulita Waterman are:
- Introduction to SUP: We are going to start from scratch in a class where we teach you the basic notions to paddle safely and strongly.
-Advanced Flat: It is the next step to the basic level where we take you to slightly rough waters to learn to row with a cleaner technique, control the entire body muscle by muscle and make controlled turns.
- Coastal excursion: More basic notions of surfing where we teach you to know the tides, read the currents where they take you and above all how to enter and exit surfing on a board.
- SUP Surf: We are going to do SUP in Waves so in addition to paddling you will have to worry about maintaining balance by changing the position of your feet on the boards, choosing new boards for this modality, falling safe and know the wave.
