Zoológico Los Coyotes

The Los Coyotes Zoo is a park that houses forty-six animal species, giving a total of two hundred and eighty-nine individuals in the southern area of Mexico City.

The fauna exhibited in this zoo is mostly native to the Valley of Mexico. Among these it presents the Mexican wolf currently on the verge of extinction, the coyote and the lynx among others. The facilities of this park receive adequate maintenance with gardening, cleaning and 24-hour surveillance.

In addition, the Los Coyotes Zoo offers outdoor gym facilities, children's games, palapas for rent for children's parties and camps for the primary schools of Coyoacán. Guided tours are a specialty of this zoo for a more enriching visit to the park and its exhibits.
