Tour to Mitla and Mezcal route with transportation 8 hours

This tour should be a must for all those visitors to the State of Oaxaca, since the sites within the itinerary are unique, beautiful and magical. To briefly mention the places that we will visit are Palenque Mezcal, the famous "Tule Tree", Teotitlán del Valle and Mitla, places full of history and endless culture.

This excursion will last 8 hours and you will have all the transfers starting from the lobby of your hotel. We will begin by visiting the ancient Ahuehuete el Tule, one of the largest and oldest trees in the world, pay close attention when observing it since with imagination you will be able to find several figures in it.

We will continue heading to Teotitlán del Valle one of the most colorful and magical indigenous towns. Here, we will visit the places where they make and paint all types of fabrics withancestral techniques, you will be able to observe how they do it and hear data of great interest. You will be able to see designs very similar to those of great painters.

The next stop will be in the "City of the Dead" Mitla, here we will find an archaeological area formerly inhabited by the Zapotecas. Walking through its corners you can admire the great architecture and design on its walls, decorated with fretwork in reddish tones. We also suggest you visit the craft stores within the premises to purchase a product or souvenir.

We will end this tour on themezcal route where we will learn everything about this Mexican drink, its preparation and origin, you will also be able to taste it and learn about the different mixtures.
