Ek Balam are Mayan ruins in the middle of the jungle that will allow you to get to know the Mayan culture, in this impressive city with its well-preserved buildings, you will be able to admire its temples, shrines, palaces , alters, squares and even a steam bath. The ruins were discovered in very good condition, so today we can see their facades, murals and glyphic texts. A surprising trip to Mayan world.

Then we will go to the Lagartos River, a true Eden, here we will be able to observe more than 200 species of birds, among them beautiful pink flamingos, in fact it is the largest reserve of these flamingos in Mexico, we will also be able to observe crocodiles, eagles and pelicans. In this beautiful fishing village we will eat a delicious seafood platter before returning to Playa del Carmen.
