The course Open Water Diver is the most popular in the world of diving since it is the first level of certification and its main objective is to train to be able to dive anywhere in the world . The course is divided into three phases:

• Knowledge development: includes 5 academic sessions consisting of independent study, in the classroom, tests and final exam.

• Confined water dives: we will do 5 dives in shallow water in the bay to learn basic diving skills.

• Open water dives: we will carry out 4 boat dives in the barrier of reefs of Akumal to apply what we have learned and begin the adventure of exploring the marine world.

Our instructors are PADI certified and will be with you at all times. We include the equipment and material that you will use throughout the course.
