Stand Up Paddle class in Ensenada 2.5 hours

We invite you to a fun class of Stand Up Paddle, SUP, at Playa Hermosa in Ensenada. For 2 and a half hours we will teach you the basic principles of this water sport so that you can navigate standing up on your board.

We guarantee that with this class you will not only learn, but you will have fun and have a great time. You can take it with friends, family or with your partner, surely if you take it with someone else it will be even more fun. The class can be taken by children from 5 years of age, so they can enjoy this activity as a family without problem.

The class has a theoretical part that is taken on land and lasts 30 minutes and the rest of the time is in the water to apply what has been learned. In the class we will teach you the correct position on the board, to maintain your balance and paddle correctly and the safety measures that you must take once in the water. It doesn't matter if you sit or kneel on your board at first, you have to feel safe and confident to be able to stand up and start riding in this position.

Our instructors are certified in first aid and water rescue, so you can take the class in complete safety. The class includes the board, the paddle and your wetsuit so that you can only dedicate yourself to learning and enjoying this experience. To be able to practice SUP, we ask you to take into account the following, as it is important for your health and your safety: you must know how to swim, not have asthma, not have heart, back or knee problems.
