Yatoch Barum we are a camp that is located in the heart of the Lacandon jungle, for this reason and taking advantage of this opportunity we organize hiking excursions for all our visitors.
At Yatoch Barum our local guides offer you the following tours:
- Walk in the Jungle and Lacanjá Lagoon: Guided walk through the Lacandon jungle. In addition, you will receive a brief introduction along the way from our environmental education guide until you reach the lagoon also known as “Laguna de 3 Islas”.
- Lacanjá Archaeological Ruins and Río Cedros: Dive into an unforgettable experience, walking the trails of the Lacandon Jungle until you reach the archaeological ruins in the company of Lacandon guides and then reach the Cascada de las Golondrinas and you can jump into pools of water from 4 meters high.
- Río Cedros: Walk to this majestic waterfall to swim and observe the biodiversity of the Lacandon jungle.
