At Abuelo Expediciones we have up to 10 different mountain biking routes that cover up to 30 kilometers in a single ride. At Abuelo Expediciones we organize rappelling trips to different places in the Monterrey mountain range:

- Pozo del Gavilán: This is a very complete adventure as we are going to descend into a canyon. The descent is about 80 meters until reaching the bottom of the well. Once there we are going to take a kayak ride.

- Eagle Nest: This rappel is in the mountains. We are going to reach one of the peaks of this region to make a descent of 25 meters. Following this long descent, there will be another 2 shorter rappels.

- La Huasteca: Only if you dare, we will look for different rappelling options for the descents. In this way, we will establish greater challenges.

- Cueva de la Virgen: This place, known by local residents, has easy access and is perfect for beginners. In order to reach the ravine from the cave we are going to make 3 descents.

- Paso del Caballero: In this beautiful landscape of the Sierra de Urbano we are going to rappel into a waterfall. It is a natural water fall 80 meters high that we are going to descend with the help of the rope.

- Independence Route: This is a route in which we pass through up to 7 different towns, leaving from La Carbonera. The objective is to get to La Huasteca on a ride of intermediate or low difficulty, since most of the route is on level ground. We will only have some climbing slopes in small sections.

- Huasteca: This mountain biking tour is more than 30 kilometers long and the objective is to reach Rompepicos, with low difficulty so even children can do it.

We have different goals such as El Potosí, Galeana, Rayones, El Tarillal and the Icamole Desert.

Abuelo Expediciones we have been organizing canyoning excursions in the Sierra Madre Occidental, in the state of Nuevo León , for more than 15 years . We invite you to experience with us one of the most adrenaline-filled and exciting activities that exists.

We offer you different destinations for canyoneering:

- Matacanes: The spectacular thing about this canyon is that the water is crystal clear and has a very strong turquoise color. However, it offers many challenges so you have to do it very concentrated as there are many jumps into water pools, slides and a few rappels. It is necessary to have physical condition.

- Hydrophobia: The best thing about this canyon is its multiple waterfalls, the highest being 75 meters from which we are going to jump from a zip line. Dare to jump from 8 meters high.

- 7 Abseilings: This is also done in Chipitín. It is called that because on the route we will encounter 6 waterfalls in which we will have to make very technical descents.

- Ant Canyon: This is a canyon with less water and only 4 rappels into waterfalls. Different from the previous ones but the landscape is worth it.
