Rancho El Venado

Rancho El Venado we are an ecotourism center with cabins where we offer you 2 activities full of adrenaline in the mountains such as mountain biking and canyoneering in a natural park with more than 650 hectares.

We are in the mountains about 60 kilometers from the city of Guadalajara, you can spend a weekend in a natural environment without going too far. If you want packages with accommodation in rustic cabins with excellent facilities and with activities.

For mountain biking we establish a scenic 15-kilometer mountain bike downhill track. While for canyoning we move to the Acatichico Canyon in the Arroyo de la Leonera and with a team of professionals we are going to make the descent with everything the material and with the greatest supervision of the safety of our visitors.

At Rancho El Venado we have an area of thermal water pools, natural pools with water at 32º temperature. Much better than a traditional resort, Rancho El Venado is perfect for spending a few days in contact with nature, playing sports and relaxing in our facilities.

Our park has more or less 650 hectares of surface, of which we have dedicated a section to our mountain bike circuit. It is a descent of about 15 kilometers on a slope.

Rancho El Venado we have access to the controlled cycling area to have control and security over the equipment that our visitors bring to the park. Unlike other tracks or cycling sites, here you can rest assured regarding the safety of your bike.

To spend more days in our facilities we offer you packages with accommodation in rustic cabins with natural thermal water pools. A perfect environment to come with family or friends.

For adrenaline lovers at Rancho El Venado we offer you a fun and challenging canyoneering excursion in the Acatichico Canyon. Join our tour in which we will do different adventure activities in a single day.

In this canyoning tour one of the most important challenges in rappelling waterfalls. We will have up to 5 rappels on the route of different types and levels, such as walking in the river, sliding down natural slides or jumping from a rock into pools of water.

Our instructors have the best safety equipment and know each section of the route, so the level of safety of the activity is very high, so you can practice it despite not having previous experience in canyoneering. .
