Our climbing gym is perfect for you to exercise in a different way with a set of walls with different inclinations in a closed space. It is ideal for testing your strength and endurance and then carrying it out in natural environments. You can also complement your training in the weight area, on stationary bikes or on the treadmill.
On the second floor you will find the bouldering area, with a height of 4 meters and a wall with an inclination of 45º and another of 80º.
This gym is made up of 3 areas where you can practice crack climbing, which is not very feasible in the areas near Monterrey.
We have hours from Monday to Sunday that adapt perfectly to your needs.

We offer you 2 excellent options for mountain biking:
1. Huasteca/ Salto: this route covers the entire mountain range for around 6 hours or more.
2. Chipinque: this tour takes place in the Chipinique ecological park with approximately 7 kilometers, traveling through Pinal, which is a very characteristic place in the park.
Mountain biking is a fun activity that does not require people to be physically prepared to exercise. With our mountain bikes we will take you to distant places that would have been much more complicated and slow to reach on foot.

Practice climbing inRatte we offer you 5 destinations, which one interests you?:
1. Potrero Chico: it is "The place" to climb in Mexico with more than 300 routes for all tastes, its climate is varied with a strong winter and a very hot summer. The recommended season for climbing is from October to the end of April, although you can do it all year round.
2. Rayones: it is a beautiful place located in Nuevo León with a narrow canyon and a magnificent opportunity to climb in it.
3. Huasteca: located between the mountains of the Sierra Madre we find the Huasteca canyon super close to Monterrey, it is considered a paradise for climbers.
4. Puente de Dios: here you can find advanced level routes, it is a very little exploited place with incredible views.
5. El Salto: located in the Cienega de González, it has two areas for high-level climbers. You will be able to observe the stalactite formations.
