MontagneMX we are a climbing and outdoor sports school where we welcome all those who want to have a good time and feel adrenaline to the fullest. We are in Mexico City and we organize excursions and hiking trips to different places in the Mexican Republic.

MontagneMX as a climbing center we have variousprograms and courses for all those who want to learn in natural settings with options for athletes of different levels. /p>
Within our different types of course you will find:
-Basic course: This is a program designed for beginners who do not have previous experience. On the one hand, the theoretical part involves knowing all the equipment necessary for the climb, learning the different basic knots and acquiring knowledge of behavior and “good practice” among climbers. In the practical part you will learn climbing techniques, how to set up a route and belay in “Top-rope”.
-Sport climbing: This course is designed for those who already want to prepare to climb on their own, so we will learn safety techniques and dangerous situations, set up routes, distinguish between different routes, multi-level climbing. -lengths, rappelling, anchoring, abandoning routes.
- Traditional climbing: It is about learning to climb in cracks in which more complex techniques and material are used.

MontagneMX we not only teach climbing, we are also experts in mountaineering so we can take you on excursion /strong>or take a high mountain hiking course. We adapt to the level of the group with routes for people with or without previous experience.

- Initiation course: If you have never taken an excursion to a mountain peak, this is the most suitable option since we are going to teach you absolutely everything to experience your first high mountain hike, from how to do the backpack with what to carry. Now walking we will teach you the type of step, use of poles, ascents between rocks and progressions, camping and the risks of altitude.
- Intermediate course: This course is for those who can do excursions independently. It is more technical since it will teach how to advance on the ice, correct use of ice ax and crampon equipment, knots for camping at high altitudes, rappelling, climbing and decision making.
- Advanced course: For mountaineers who want to travel, because with this course we will be self-sufficient learning sport climbing, self-rescue on glaciers and expedition logistics.
The Pico de Orizaba, Iztaccihuatl and many other places will be the scene of our practices.
